At 605 Roasters, we roast small batches of premium green coffee beans based off of pre-orders* so that you will have an exceptional experience in your cup!

Since we roast twice monthly (usually on a Tuesday or Wednesday), we will conclude taking pre-orders for a roast date the day before at 12 PM. Keep an eye on the 605 Roast Calendar below for the upcoming roast date!

After we roast, the coffee beans will need to "breathe" (de-gas) for 5-7 days in our one-way valve bags before enjoyment.  

(Because the quality of your cup of joe means so much to us, we do not sell pre-ground coffee. We highly recommend investing in a bur grinder and grinding your own just moments before your choice of brew method. We know you'll LOVE the difference. Let us know if you would like a recommendation)

NOTE: Orders placed after the 12 PM deadline will be held in queue for the next roast date.

FOR EXAMPLE:

An order placed before the 12 PM deadline will be roasted on the next roast date and available for pickup/delivery roughly one week later.
