How is your coffee company be different from buying a bag off the shelf?
Glad you asked! Ordering by preorder ensures we only roast as much as you want and only right before you need it. Coffee needs to breathe (sounds better than “degas”) for at least 5 days for the best experience. Since we care about your personalized brew experience, we want you to have the freshest and the best! We primarily purchase specialty green coffee beans; the top 20% of beans in the world. You’re welcome! 😉We suggest you purchase only what you will consume or share in the next 3-4 weeks, then stop back.
What kind of roasts will you be offering?
We love medium and full city roasts so you can be sure there will be a lot of those! We are also willing to roast dark and light by request so if dark roast is your cup of…. Coffee… we can make that happen! Since we roast in small batches (3-4 lbs at a time) we have a ton of flexibility.
What continents and countries will you offer?
Our loves are Central and South American so we will consistently offer those as they are available. African coffees are growing on us with a special love for Ghanaian coffee right now. As we get to know other origins, learn to roast them to bring out their best AND hear from you, we will bring those offerings to the table. Drop us your thoughts at the contact page.
Why do you only offer delivery and pick up and not shipping?
We are a Cottage Business, meaning our coffees are not roasted in a commercial kitchen. This distinguishing marker limits how we can get the coffee to you. Our freshly roasted specialty coffees will be available at a prescribed delivery date, time and location or for a small fee will be delivered to you. You can also personally pick up. We love the idea of meeting you!
